Our Happy to Share service links you up with other hikers heading in the same direction, providing a budget-friendly transfer option which is perfect for solo travelers or small groups. Drop-offs are available in the Hobart CBD (within 3kms) and Hobart Airport/Par Avion.

Please note this service needs a minimum of 4 passengers for a guaranteed departure. If the 4 passenger minimum hasn’t been met 8 days before departure, we will be in contact to offer alternative options and/or a refund of the original booking amount.

South Coast Track Transport from Cockle Creek to Hobart | The Tasmanian Adventure Company

Suitable for hikers completing the following trips:

  • South Coast Track (Melaleuca to Cockle Creek).
  • Southern Ranges Traverse (Mystery Creek Caves to Cockle Creek via Precipitous Bluff and New Lagoon).
  • Port Davey Track to Cockle Creek.
  • Multi-day trip in and out along the South Coast Track from Cockle Creek.

Please note that entry to the Southwest National Park (where the South Coast Track is located) requires a valid Parks Pass.
